Project Introduction

The Amur Natural Gas Chemical Complex is a collaborative project between Sibul Company and Sinopec, and is the largest enterprise in the production of polyethylene and polypropylene. The factory will become one of the world's large and advanced polymer producers. In December 2020, Sibul Holding Company of Russia and China National Chemical Corporation established a joint venture based on the Amur Natural Gas Chemical Complex, with both parties holding 60% and 40% respectively.

Company participation in construction projects

We are honored to participate in the construction of the Amur Natural Gas Chemical Complex project under the responsibility of Sinopec Refining and Chemical Group Company. In this cooperation, we have undertaken the logistics service project for the campsite, the organization of engineering completion data, and the dispatch of technical personnel and service operators for various positions. We always adhere to high standards and strict requirements, ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and contributing our efforts to the smooth progress of the project.
